Revive! Preston shortlisted for outstanding customer service award

The Preston franchise of Revive! Auto Innovations has been shortlisted for the prestigious Customer Service Award at this year’s Lancashire Red Rose Awards.

The awards ceremony, which is set to take place on Thursday 9th June at the Winter Gardens Blackpool, will celebrate the businesses that keep the Lancashire economy alive and thriving.

In shortlisting Revive! Preston, the judging panel concluded that the firm has a proven track record of going above and beyond to deliver a first-class customer service experience.

Judges were particularly impressed by Revive! Preston’s excellent Trustpilot review rating of 4.9 / 5, with 99.7% of reviewers rating the experience as Excellent or Good. In fact, Revive! Preston has not been the recipient of a single 1-star or 2-star review on Trustpilot in the business’ history since joining in October 2019.

Local area manager at Revive! Preston, Mike Morgan, commented: “When I started this operation in 2012, it was a one-man operation out of just one van. Ten years on, we now employ 5 technicians and 5 vans.”
