We hold regular Masterclass training sessions for our High Performing franchisees and our latest event focused on managing a High-Performance team. The day gave franchisees the opportunity to network with each other and share lots of knowledge between the group as well as having an update from the directors and hearing from external speakers including a leadership skills coach.
The franchisees who attended spent the day focused on getting the maximum performance out of their teams, how to motivate and maintain their business at high level as well as identifying the challenges and blockages linked to business growth.
