Revive! Shortlisted for Top Marketing Award Following Innovative Dealer Engagement Campaigns

Revive! Auto Innovations has been shortlisted in the marketing category of the 2026 BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards in recognition of its creative and commercially successful National Doughnut Day and National Cookie Day dealership campaigns.

The award recognises innovative initiatives, campaigns and partnerships that deliver a significant impact on brand awareness, reputation and lead generation for franchisees. Revive!’s shortlisted entry demonstrated how a simple idea, executed consistently across a national network, can generate meaningful commercial results.

Said Cathryn Hayes, Revive! franchise director: “We’re proud to be shortlisted. What makes this recognition particularly special is that these campaigns were designed with one objective in mind: helping our franchisees generate business. The creativity grabbed attention, but the real success was the number of conversations started, relationships strengthened and new dealership opportunities created.

“The campaigns showcased the power of the Revive! network and the innovation of our head office marketing department. Franchisees across the country embraced the idea, creating a fantastic national presence while delivering genuine value within their local territories. It’s a great example of marketing that is both engaging and commercially effective.”

Designed entirely by Revive!’s own marketing and business development departments, the strategic aim of the campaigns was to help franchisees strengthen relationships with existing dealership customers while opening doors to new prospects. Supported by training, marketing materials, social media assets and PR activity, franchisees visited dealerships across the UK armed with branded doughnuts and cookies, creating memorable conversations around Revive!’s SMART repair and alloy wheel refurbishment services.

Across the two campaigns, 52 franchisees took part, delivering almost 15,000 treats. The campaigns also delivered substantial brand exposure, with more than 460 pieces of franchisee-generated content shared across the network.

Commenting on the shortlisting  Gillian Morris, UK Head of Franchise at HSBC UK said: “Congratulations to all the finalists of the British Franchise Awards. Reaching this stage is a real achievement especially after such a tough and competitive shortlist and it speaks volumes about your resilience, ambition and the quality of your businesses. As proud sponsors, HSBC UK has seen first-hand the energy and innovation that franchising brings to communities and the wider UK economy. We’re delighted to recognise your success, and we wish you the very best for the awards.”

Added Pip Wilkins, CEO of the BFA said: “This is my tenth year judging the awards as CEO and it’s truly one of my favourite times of the year. Franchising is all about people, and it is my honour and privilege to read about the wonderful work brands and individuals are doing in our industry, constantly pushing the needle, stepping out of comfort zones and putting their shoulder behind the wheel of success. From franchisors embracing new technology, to franchisees grasping the mettle and supporting their local areas; the stories have been inspiring, and I can’t wait for us to share them online over the next few weeks. A huge congratulations to everyone who has made this year’s finals and, as ever, my enormous thanks to Gillian and to all our judges, for making these awards possible. Good luck everyone.”

Finalists will be announced on 12 November at a glittering gala awards dinner to be held at the Telford International Centre.
