It was certainly a night to celebrate for Revive! Gloucester, as they took home not one but two Highly Commended awards in one night, a fantastic achievement by anyone’s standards.
The first of the Highly Commended awards came from the HSBC BFA Awards in the Dynamic Duo category, the award is designed to showcase the benefits of complimentary leaders in business working together to achieve great results. A perfect fit then for the husband-and-wife team of Jai and Reena Patel who have been a standout franchisee team for the past few years.
Jai and Reena had an impressive posse of supporters alongside them at the awards from Revive! Head office, including managing directors Mark Llewellyn, and Terry Mullen. The awards, held in Telford each year recognise the leading lights in franchising and follow the annual BFA Conference, a key networking event for the industry.
Pip Wilkins QFP, CEO of the BFA said: I’d like to extend my sincere congratulations to all our winners tonight, both franchisors and franchisees. It is businesses like these that are leading the way in British franchising; making it the hugely successful sector that it is. They are shining examples of successful, ethical franchising in the UK and we look forward to seeing them achieve even more in 2026.”
The second of the awards came from the SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards, where the team were Highly Commended in the Micro Business of the Year category. Of course, due to Jai and Reena’s attendance at the BFA awards they couldn’t pick up the award themselves, so three of their fantastic technicians picked up the certificate in their absence. Darren Hingley, Lewis Gardner and Alex Gooch were happy to take home the honour, which celebrates businesses in the Gloucestershire area with less than 10 employees.
These two highly commended awards continue Revive! Gloucester’s successful year which also saw them take home the Franchisee of the Year Silver award and the Brand Ambassador award at Revive!’s Annual Conference earlier this year.
