At our recent 20th annual conference, we closed the day with a fun-filled awards gala dinner at which outstanding individual performances were recognised. The evening started with a charity fundraiser in memory of Surrey franchisee Jay Belam’s brother, raising £2000 for the Marie Curie charity.
For 2024, the top Gold Revive! Franchisee of the Year Award was presented to Nathan Holmes, Adam Holmes and Andy Blackhurst, joint owners of Revive! East Anglia. Presenting the award, joint managing director Mark Llewellyn said: “Our Gold winners really stood out this year, keeping their business at the top of its game, showing strong ambition, laser focus and a huge competitive streak!
The business is a high achiever on several fronts, a great all-rounder, with a focus on customer service, leadership and achieving an outstanding sales growth of nearly 40% in 2023.”
Silver went to Russell Hudson at Revive! West Lincs. Joint managing director, Terry Mullen said: “Russell has been shortlisted for several awards tonight across a number of different areas of the business. He’s transformed his business mix through a range of initiatives, showing continued strong leadership of his team.”
Bronze was awarded to husband-and-wife team Jai and Reena Patel from Revive! Gloucester. Said Jai: “It’s been a great year for us. We set up Revive! Gloucester just three years ago and winning these awards is testament to the hard work and commitment of our outstanding team. We love being part of the community here in Gloucester and always go the extra mile to deliver the best quality of work and customer service.”
The Customer Service Award was won by Mark Pronger of Revive! Northern Ireland, whilst Russell Hudson picked up his second award of the evening for outstanding retail performance. The Marketeer of the Year Award went to Scott Gosbell from Revive! Stoke and Steve Thatcher from Revive! Portsmouth won the Brand Ambassador Award for his support of other franchisees and his commitment to Revive!’s value of unity.
Revive! Technician of the Year (North) was awarded jointly to Darren Cheshire from Revive! Trafford and Dean Paterson from Revive! Aberdeen. For the South, technicians Matt North from Revive! Surrey and Sam Scotford from Revive! Northampton were also joint winners.
