On Saturday 29th February, Revive! held its Annual Conference and Awards Dinner to celebrate and recognise both network wide and individual successes within our network.
During the day, we recognised franchisees who had their best ever month with 19 recipients in what was an outstanding year of growth for our network.
Franchisees with the best month to date in 2019
We also recognised the length of service of a number of franchisees who have been with the Revive! network for a considerable length of time, including:
– Iain Wallis, Revive! Northampton (10 years)
– Ken Allison, Revive! Waltham Abbey (10 years)
– Steve Thatcher, Revive! Portsmouth (15 years)
– Dave Baxendale, Revive! Manchester (15 years)

We also recognised our award-winning Head Office support team by awarding Employee of the Year to Catherine Territt and Louise Evans with finalists Sam Brown, Sarah Pritchard and Maisie Greaves also receiving certificates in front of an appreciative audience of peers and franchisees.
Annual Franchisee Awards
In the evening at our Awards Dinner we had a number of awards including:
– Technician of the Year
– Customer Service Award
– Player’s Player
– Highly Commended
– Franchisee of the Year
Awards were handed out by Terry Mullen and Mark Llewellyn, joint Managing Directors of Revive! UK and Andrew Jordan, former British Touring Car champion and Revive! brand ambassador.
Technician of the Year
The Technician of the Year is awarded to franchisee’s highly skilled operators who make a real difference to the business in terms of sales, customer service and general business support.
The shortlist was made up of:
– Mick Starrs (Revive! Edinburgh)
– David Peattie (Revive! Edinburgh)
– Joshua Stainton (Revive! Stafford)
– Chris Nunn (Revive! Surrey)
– Matt North (Revive! Surrey)
– Stu Cooper (Revive! Trafford)
With some really strong entries, the judging panel couldn’t choose a single winner so both Chris Nunn and Matt North of Revive! Surrey were the recipients of the award.

Customer Service Award
The Customer Service Award is awarded to the franchisee who maintains an outstanding level of service across the year, including hitting all SLAs for our National Accounts customers and who has above average feedback on Trustpilot.
Due to the strength of the entries, our judging panel awarded a Bronze, Silver and Gold award:
– Bronze – Mike Haselden, Revive! Chester
– Silver – Steve Thatcher, Revive! Portsmouth
– Gold – Ken Allison, Revive! Waltham Abbey

Player’s Player
The Player’s Player award is voted on by franchisees only to recognise contributions to the network in terms of support with growth and passing on experience.
The finalists were:
– Zander MacDiarmid, Revive! Highlands
– Jay Belam, Revive! Surrey
– Steve Thatcher, Revive! Portsmouth
– Anthony Wilcock, Revive! Sussex Coast
– Mike Haselden, Revive! Chester
The deserving winner – one who is always prepared to help his fellow franchisees – was Mike Haselden of Revive! Chester.
Highly Commended
This is a new award as the judging panel wanted to acknowledge the great progress made in a growing business by one of our less experienced franchisees. The award was created due to the focus on moving his relatively new franchise up to the next level, building his team and achieving new ‘Best Month to Date’ milestones almost every month in 2019.
The winner was Jonny Pearson of Revive! Edinburgh.
Franchisee of the Year
Our hotly anticipated Franchisee of the Year award was the final award of the evening. The award recognises those franchisees who have grown their business, contributed to the network and supported other franchisees to help them succeed and grow.
Once again, the strength of entries was such that awards for Bronze, Silver and Gold were awarded with the well deserving recipients as follows:
– Bronze – Dan & Natalie Normanton, Revive! Trafford
– Silver – Ken Allison, Revive! Waltham Abbey
– Gold – Anthony Wilcock, Revive! Sussex Coast

Huge congratulations to all of our deserving winners. Our judging panel can’t wait to see the entries for next year’s awards and hope the judging is as difficult as it was this year due to the strength of the entries!
