Revive! Auto Innovations, the UK’s leading independent provider of smart repairs to the automotive industry, is reporting a fifth consecutive year of sustained commercial growth amongst a troubling and uncertain marketplace. The business delivered £26.5m in network sales in 2025, an increase of 10% year-on-year.
Specialising in high quality mobile repairs for vehicle bodywork and alloy wheels, Revive! provides a national service to car dealerships, insurance providers, fleet operators and private retail customers. With 56 franchisees across the country and over 250 IMI accredited technicians (the largest in the UK), Revive! have seen significant growth in 2025.
In 2025, the brand continued to expand its market share, completing approximately 270,000 bodywork and alloy wheel repairs over the 12-month period.
Mark Llewellyn, Managing Director (Sales and Marketing) at Revive! commented: “2025 started with many dealerships consolidating their operations and looking for ways to cut cost. Despite the challenges in a turbulent dealer market, we were able to focus with our existing customers and engage with their individual pain points to understand how we could help them sell more cars profitably.
We also successfully pivoted in the changing marketplace, recognising the dramatic increase in cosmetic maintenance plans. This saw us effectively support our insurance clients and saw our insurance repair work more than double in 2025 as a result.”
Having opened eight new franchises and recruited over 50 new technicians to its network in 2025, Revive! is experiencing healthy growth in the mobile repairs sector. Llewellyn suggests that this is down to skilled technicians looking to work for established brands that offer significant training, growth and development opportunities. Revive! continues to invest in advancing their tech division, having injected more than £2.5m in team training, vehicles, equipment and supplies over the past 12 months alone. “We’re growing and we’re hiring & looking for more technicians.”
As a result, Revive! was recently ranked in the top 25 in the Elite Franchise Magazine’s TOP 100 list, and was shortlisted for 8 major automotive awards in 2025.
2026 sees Revive! target further growth in all sectors with another 8 franchisees targeted in an accelerated growth programme as they build on the successes of 2025. Llewellyn concludes “2025 was an excellent year for Revive! despite the challenges in the dealer market. However, if we continue to deliver our values consistently, we believe that there is far more we can achieve. Our objective is to double in size over the next four years and remain as the UK’s biggest and best Smart Repairer, leading the way for others to follow, while continuing to work closely with dealers to support the profitable sales of used cars.”
