Andy Hood – Revive! Southport
After a long and successful career in car sales, Andy Hood made the decision to invest in his own Smart Repair franchise in the Southport area. His experience in car sales and his familiarity with Smart Repairs from a customer standpoint immediately stood out.
During his time working within Lexus and Toyota dealerships, Andy was trained in the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi (a concept which describes the art of hospitality and caring for guests with warmth and attentiveness), it was this approach to customer service that really aligned with Revive!’s own core values. This philosophy, which focuses on providing outstanding service without the hard sell, has resonated with his customers and helped set him apart in the market.
Anthony Wilcock – Revive! Sussex Coast
While experience in the automotive space is a benefit, it is not a necessity, as Anthony Wilcock found out. Originally Anthony was working as a money broker, stockbroker and overall financial advisor. However, he had grown tired of the endless commuting and the corporate financial world as a whole. After deciding to take a break from his position Anthony investigated the possibility of owning his own business.
Anthony’s background in the financial sector was reminiscent of one of our Managing Directors, Terry Mullen, who also had a successful career in the sector prior to starting Revive!. With Anthony keeping a keen eye on the office heavy work such as sales, admin and marketing sides of the business, his technicians could focus on providing the quality service their Sussex Coast customers have come to expect.
Ken Allison – Waltham Abbey – Energy
If you have no relevant experience though, do not worry. Ken Allison was originally a delivery driver before joining Revive!. What made Ken stand out was his sheer enthusiasm and energy. His passion and work ethic were evident from the offset, with a determination to run his own successful business and be his own boss one day.
Alongside setting extremely high standards and building excellent relationships with local dealerships, Ken has worked hard to create a distinctive company culture at Revive! Waltham Abbey, empowering technicians to feel part of the business and take on greater responsibility within the company.
