Starting his career as part of his fathers flooring business Ethan Rozario always knew he wanted to run his own business one day. After a brief step away in an office job at a roofing company, Ethan was determined to return to the flooring world and really make an impact on the market.
After spending time in the flooring business Ethan had not only learnt a lot, but had also helped grow the business into a significant enterprise in the Crewe area. With multiple employees and a full carpet showroom Ethan realised he was limited as to where he could take the business without significant investment and moving the business to the town centre.
It was at this point Ethan explored other outside opportunities including franchising. Ethan discovered Revive! when looking for a SMART repair for his own vehicle, he was turned on to Revive! by a former employee and soon recognised the opportunity in front of him. Revive! gave Ethan the chance to run his own business, and be the master of his own destiny, whilst having the support of a major industry name behind him taking a lot of the work out of his hands.
The vast support offered by Revive! was a key selling point for Ethan as he experienced a wealth of training expertise from Revive!s in house team, learning skills in technician recruitment, social media, google advertising and a whole lot more. Ethan found the most useful training he received was the technical side of the business, which Ethan initially found a bit daunting as he was transitioning to a completely new industry. With Revive!’s support however Ethan has quickly gained traction and has really made a mark with Revive! in the Crewe area.
Ethan is looking to promote a healthy working environment for him and his Revive! Crewe team encouraging a welcoming and engaged team spirit. In the future he is looking to further establish himself within the Crewe area growing the business to a level where his expertise and knowledge is less required for the day-to-day activities, allowing him to take a more part time position.
