Russell Hudson joined Revive! in 2006 after previously working for a software company as an Account Manager.
“I was doing a lot of mileage and spending a lot of nights away from home which is why I wanted to change” said Russell. “Moving from a well-paid career to starting up on your own was daunting which made the franchise route so appealing because it is established and it has a better chance of succeeding.”
Since 2006, Russell has grown his business to a team of 8 and is looking to hit the £1 million turnover mark in the next 18 months. Eventually Russell wants to step back from his business and bring in a management team which will allow him to spend even more time with his family.
